We appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pet is an important decision for you to make and so we offer a free consultation in your home (or ours for boarding or daycare) where we meet with you and your pet, answer any questions you may have, and discuss any specific requirements that your pet may have. Also at this time we will go over necessary information forms.
If we are meeting with you in your home for visits and walking services we will also pick up a key at this time which will be safely
kept with only your pet’s name attached until your return or can be kept for future services required.
The consultation and paperwork will need to be done only once. Your details will be kept on file so that future reservations will be just a phone call away.
